Network as a Service in CloudStack

CloudStack(www.cloudstack.org) is an open source cloud computing platform used to deploy infrastructure-as-a-service. CloudStack community manager, David Nalley will give a quick overview of CloudStack and specifically explain how you can use CloudStack to expose a variety of network offerings and services and allowing end users to then deploy and configure them at will.


BayLISA meetings are scheduled for 7:30pm on the third Thursday of each month, at LinkedIn HQ in Mountain View.

BayLISA includes system and network administrators across a range of skill levels. BayLISA meets to discuss topics of interest to system administrators and managers. The meetings are free and open to the public.

Recent topics have included OpenStack Nova, Dynamic Tracing and dtrace, ISC's BIND 10, new developments in LAN/top-of-rack networking, and cloud computing at Netflix.
