Hi everyone,
I am trying to create and test the Nested ESXi5.
One Physical ESXi5 (130GB,32GB)
One Virtual Machine for vCenter (30GB HD,2GB RAM)
One Virtual Machine for CS Management Server3.0.5 (50GB HD,2GB RAM)
One Virtual Machine for ESXi5 (30GB HD,4GB RAM)

I am trying to install basic configuration according to QuickInstallGuide.pdf.
While trying to Add Secondary Storage, the two System VMs are automatically added.
But they failed to start successfully.
And I dont clearly understand the preparation process of system VM templates.Would anyone guide me how to solve this problem.

Below is contents of management-server.log.
