Today when I restart my centos5.4,a error display like this:cloud-management dead but pid file exists

and I view the /var/log/cloud/management/management-server.log,some errors like follow:

so you stopped the cloud-management service, deleted the pid file, restarted and it still didn't work? Can you post the full log for us to see.

yes, I try the command again and again like below
# service cloud-management stop
# rm /var/run/cloud-management.pid
# rm /var/lock/subsys/cloud-management
# cloud-setup-management

after I typed and relogin the CloudStack Server in browser,but I can't login the index,then I view the management-server.log again,the error as the same before:

I install the Server and Agent in the one computer with CentOS5.4 64bit,If it not fix ?but I just quick install step by step follow the link:

how should I do and resolve the problem?

What's the output from cloud-setup-management and what version are you running?
