If you fail to login to the main page (cloudstack.org), it takes you to this error page
On that page, you are told to go to the local reference index.php, which of course fails unless you are running a local webserver on your local system.

The link and text need to be corrected to an absolute URL reference.
The administrator has disabled public write access.

Hmm. I'm not able to reproduce this. I've tried it a few times and it works as expected. Can you give a screenshot of what you're seeing?
