Hallo

I had made a template: „CentOS 6.3 (64Bit) no Gui“
Yet, I like to download it. The link “217-111-69-147.realhostip.com/userdata/d...6-eeb2e111eccd.qcow2“ is offline. When I put the right IP without the wrong dns, I get timeout too.
217.111.69.147/userdata/d84c8c13-2983-4c...6-eeb2e111eccd.qcow2

This is the public ip from the SSVM. I can’t ping the pub. ip.

From SSVM:
root@s-1-VM:~# iptables -L

How can I get this template? Why I can’t download it? Can i get it directly by the nfs?

If your desktop cannot access the SSVM over HTTP, there may be a firewall on the network blocking this traffic. You can run tcpdump on the SSVM to see if it is receiving any traffic from your desktop. If you want to get the template from NFS, you can do so if you have access to it. It will stored in /template/tmpl/<account_id>/<template_id>/. You can get the account and template id from the CloudStack database, for example:
SELECT id,name,account_id FROM `cloud`.`vm_template`;

Best regards,
Kirk
